How / where do I set Textpad to NOT have a line length? Generally this is not an issue, but can be when cutting/pasting code.
I would like to be able to set word wrap at "about" 80, but when word wrap is off to not have a line length.
Is this possible, and if so how?

Are you talking about
Configure > Preferences > Document Classes > Default > Word break at column numer or
Configure > Word Wrap ? As for the latter: I can perfectly have 3.553.679 characters (and more) in one line without having
TextPad to wrap it anywhere.

So how do you accomplish that? For whatever reason, I cannot seem to accomplish that. Obviously, no word wrap would be desired, and also longer line lengths would be needed as well.
I get how to turn word wrap on/off. but the line length?

You untick the checkbox for each document class you want. In a 8.1.2 default installation this none of this is ticked.
