8.1.0 Is there a .syn that is accurate for HTML, PHP, CSS3?

I've tried the recent ones provided at http://www.textpad.com/add-ons/synn2t.html but the best php-js-css-html.zip, saying it goes to CSS2, doesn't cover e.g. font-family, serif and white-space here:
