Change Defaults in Find in Files Dialog

Greetings:

Quick question, is there any way to change what the defaults are for when you click on the "Defaults" button on the find in files dialog?

I am wanting this to default to not match case and to search subfolders.

The "In folder" drop down does not always follow the file that I am wanting to start the search from, so when I click on defaults, that is fixed, however it changes the checkbox states that I have previously selected.
