BUG report: File - Send caused a crash

- launch Textpad 7.6.2, blank document (don't know if this can be duplicated in 8.0.2)
- File - Send, wait about 10 seconds for Outlook 2016 to launch (whether Outlook is pre-launched or not, doesn't matter)

result:

both programs are pretty much useless...rebooting the computer is the only way that I know of to recover.

If I changed my default mail app to IBM Notes (9.0.1 FP5), then I don't have this problem.
