Context menu in 7.5

I used to have simply "TextPad" in my context menu with the first letter as underlined shorcut.
That was great, because Rightclick + [T] opened me any file fast.

Now with 7.5 its "Open with TextPad" without any Shortcut. [O] does not work, because there are more items with 'O' at the beginning.

If I can change this myself (tried it, but didi not find anything related in the registry), how can I do this?

If I can't: please change back. Or: make it configurable (the shoftcut).
