how to highlight all lines between 2 bookmarks span 1000 lin

how do I highlight all lines in a text file ( to delete them ) between 2 bookmarks spanning thousands of lines ( meaning many pages so scrolling is not an option ).

You can use Ctrl+G check Next Bookmark and Extend selection and then press the GoTo button.
