Replace Notepad greyed out?

I fixed this...uninstalled and re-installed and now all is fine.

I've been happily using TextPad with the Windows 10 TP for quite some time, so I was surprised when I just re-installed TP after a Windows build update, and the "Replace Notepad" choice in the Options was not available.

Is this going to change, or is it something I did incorrectly, or...?

I'm using Build of Windows.
