I have a question about special characters. Trying to add a ▲ (which is Alt 30) to TextPad. It keeps adding a ? instead. Is there an add on that I need?
Funny because I can add to this post but not TextPad
Thanks

How to Customize Fonts:
For each document class, you can choose different fonts for the screen and printer and for use with the ANSI and DOS code sets.
1. From the Configure menu, choose Preferences. The Preferences dialog box is displayed.
2. Click the "+" next to Document Classes.
3. Click the "+" next to the class whose font you want to change.
4. Select "Font".
5. Set the Scope to Screen, Printer or Both, as appropriate.
6. Check "Use for DOS files", if you want to select a font for working with files in the DOS code set. This will set the Script to DOS.
7. Select an appropriate font(Terminal in this case), style, size and script, from the list boxes.
8. Verify that the text displayed in the Sample box is satisfactory.
9. Click Apply.
10. Repeat from step 5 for each of the four possible fonts that you want to configure.
11. Click OK.
