Please try implementing the following procedure in TextPad:

1. From the Configure menu choose Preferences
2. + sign next to Document classes
3. + sign next to the specific Document Class
4. Colors
5. From the "Item menu", click on "Current line"
6. Click on the arrows next to Foreground and Background, and select the colous of your choice
7. Click Apply/OK

I hope this helps.

I must be blind.

"Current line" isn't displayed in the "Item Menu" for any Document Classes.

There's a gap between Comments 2 and Keywords 1.

Only when I click on the gap then apply a color does the phrase "Current Line" appear.
