Invalid Keyboard Bindings

This is now the second time in as many weeks that I opened TP 7.1.0 and received the message "Invalid Keyboard Bindings". They seem to hang around fine for a while, then boom.
(2[Bb]|[^2].|.[^Bb])

That is the question.
