Document classes and Clip library

To Document class attach (as Colors, Font etc.) also appopriate Clip Library

In Preferences I can to every document class attach some properties (Color, Font, Syntax...). My suggestion is to every document class attach also appropriate clip library (or no clip library, of course). Desired bahavoir of TextPad would be next: when I open HLML file for editing, in clip library window appears my clip library for HTML files editing, when I open Perl file, appears clips for editing Perl files etc.
