Request: Click once to move cursor option

CURRENT BEHAVIOR

When have been working in another application, and you return to your Textpad document, when you click once, your cursor position resumes where you left off. Click twice and the cursor is moved to the current clicking position in the document.

THE ISSUE

I find that when copying and pasting from another app to Textpad (or vice versa) this convention gets seriously in the way.

THE REQUEST

I would very much appreciate an option so that this behavior can be modified to change cursor position on the first click.

Try changing the value of Configure > Preferences > Editor > Use Microsoft's conventions for mouse click selection.
