How customize file open and save windows?

The file open and save windows have four buttons down the left side for choosing folders to work with. But they aren't the folders I work with. How do I change those buttons? Thanks in advance.

What version of Windows are you using? It sounds like you're using XP, in which case the easiest way to customise the dialogs is with the TweakUI utility available here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/xp-downloads
