It's easy enough to do. Just copy the rest of this post to a text editor, save it to a .reg file, and run that .reg file.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell\WildEdit]
@="WildEdit from Here"

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell\WildEdit\command]
@="\"C:\\Program Files\\WildEdit\\WildEdit.exe\" -f \"%l\""
(2[Bb]|[^2].|.[^Bb])

That is the question.
