Toolbar is undocked

I have a toolbar floating within the editable text area and I would like to dock it in the normal toolbar icon area at top of the screen.
The floating undocked toolbar can be closed and reset but always appears back where it was. I cannot grab it with the mouse to drag it elsewhere. "Reseting" it does not reset it back to base zero. Any ideas ? Windows 7-64 Textpaf 5.4.2

Solved. It was a 1 button toolbar and not wide enough to be "grabbable". So I added another command to it which made it "selectable". Then dragged it back to the toolbar area. Once there I reset it. Done.
