Find window disappeared on Windows 7

The find popup appeared at the top of the Windows 7 screen and I could not pull it down. I think I must have pushed it up, out of the main window. Now I cannot find it. When I select Search->Find I see nothing.

I'm sure this is not a TextPad problem but hopefully experienced TextPad/Windows 7 users may be able to help.
