Win7 and user_tools calling 16bit-jobs

hi
is there a way to do any encapsulation or sth. with 16bit programs so that they are processed like within XP? If there's a topic, please give me a keyword hint.

Does this have anything to do with TextPad?

If no - this is the wrong forum ...

If yes: please explain. I don't see any connection ...
