Cannot Configure R Scripts to Text Pad

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to configure R programs with Text pad Here are the steps I'm following

1) Go to Configure | Preferences … | Click on “Tools� on the left.
2) Add a new DOS command… and use cmd.exe (then click OK)
3) Left click on “cmd.exe� once and type “Submit R File� over it (click ENTER when done; and, optionally, move it up where you want it)
4) Click Apply when done

After 3rd Step when I see the the Command Textbox(disabled) bin is visible but not cmd.exe,

cmd.exe is visible in Parameters text box which I need to change to R path.

Can anyone tell me how to change bin to cms.exe in Command text box.
