Problem saving files in Rational ClearCase Explorer

Folks,

I'm trying to use TextPad to edit files in Rational ClearCase Explorer. When I attempt to save a file (using SaveAs in order to select UNIX format), I get "Cannot save with the name of a file that is open in another window". It then suggests I save the file as "Search Results.txt"

Any ideas?
