Lost license

Had major breakdown the other day. Now I cannot find my TextPad license anywhere. *sob*
How do I get a replacement?
I don't even know what address I used at the time I bought it (so many years ago). My present address is Leif.Larsson<at>ume<dot>se

I may have had Leif.Larsson@umea.se at the time but unsure...
Or perhaps I used Leif.Larsson<at>gmail<dot>com
