Use regular expression in 'include'?

Hello,

I wonder if it is possible to include a regular expression in an 'include' file?

I have a number of files which would all use the same include as footer except that it needs to include a link to a second, almost duplicate file (same file name except for one change).

What I would like to say is:

Include this include file. Then insert the link address for the alternative file.

"Get filename of file into which the include is included, change 'bd' to 'mo'"
