setting the preferences

I need help.

1. In win2k, users do not have the option to to compile, or run the application.

2. In the menu bar Configure\Preference the Tools option is not there. How can I add it so that I can add the JDK.

I'm going nuts here!

Just a guess, but they may not have permissions to the registry path HKCU\Software\Helios. This is where Tools are stored, in a subpath. Make sure each user has full control over that key.
