File Difference using Visual Source Safe On Textpad save fil

When a C source file is saved using Textpad(4.5), with just 1 Line change, the Visual Source Safe File Diff Shows 100's of lines as different. Even though I don't see any special spaces or Tabs inserted by TextPad.

Anyone noticed this? or any insight into this.

Would it be a change between unix/PC line-ends. To check "save as" unix or PC.

could also be spaces at the line ends that are removed by Textpad
