How to make the text document in Textpad 4.5 to be justify i

Hi,

I am evaluating textpad 4.5 on Windows XP. I will like to use it to read internet drafts and rfcs. However, the text files are aligned to the right, istead of justify. It makes it unpleasant to read. Is it a setting problem? According to my friends who are textpad funs, they have no such problem with textpad 4.4. Any hints?
