view in browser button to localhost

Here's one I can't figure out. Up until a couple of days ago the View in Web Browser button worked fine. Whenever I clicked it the browser opened up with my page.

Suddenly, each time I click the button now, the browser opens, but it looks for the file in http://localhost. I have used Xitami to run my php script for about 18 months, so yes, sometimes I run things out of localhost through Xitami. However, I have never tried to configure TextPad to open up the browser that way.

When I look in Configure Preferences Folders the WWW IP address location reads as http://localhost. This must be the problem, eh? But, I cannot figure out what to put into the location that will open my files locally. An ideas? Anyone willing to look at your own configuration and tell me what's in there as location?

BTW, View in Web Browser is selected in all my classes.
