german umlauts in find/replace boxes with DOS/OEM code set

Hi all
i found a small problem (bug ?? don't know):
- I create a document-class with DOS as default code set
- in preferences \ font I also activate "use for DOS-files" and in script OEM/DOS
- now I open a DOS - TXT-file, in this document are (among other chars) also "german umlauts" like "Ä Ü Ö or ß" : these "umlauts" are displayed correctly
but: if I open the "find" or "replace" box and write one of these "umlauts" in the
"find" or "search" - fields they are displayed wrong: e.g.
DFÃœ -> DF▄ or BÄR -> B─R or Müller ->M³ller)
it seems to me, as that the DOS-code set is not taken over in these boxes ?
has someone an idea
