Basic Coloring+Compiler?
Normally I use Visual Studio 6.0 at school to code and compile Basic, but at home, I have nowhere near enough money to buy a version for home use. So I usually just use Notepad, take it to school and then compile it. But since my school has block scheduling, I am only in the class two or three times a week, definitely not a good idea if your trying to make a program and debug. So I'm in need of a program that color codes things, if not, then at least a compiler for Basic. If it can compile the Form and Project files it would be even better, since I dont have to extract anything out of the files.

Re: Basic Coloring+Compiler?
You will need Visual Studio or Visual Basic to compile your projects.
I'm pretty sure there used to be a syntax file somewhere on this site that will 'colourise' vb source code. I can't find it. Maybe you'll have better luck. If not then I have the file.
It's 39,194 bytes
[Note: Colourise is English for Colorize]

Look at http://www.textpad.com/add-ons/synu2z.html for Syntax files for Visual Basic.
I don't think there is a freeware visual basic compiler...
