access violation

I had to re-install the great product of TEXTPAD. I downloaded both the 4.42 and 4.5 version and tired to install both(one a time). After rebooting I tried to run the program and that is when I got the ACCESS VIOLATION. I am a registered user.

Any answers would be great.
