If I stay in a file and edit it long enough, eventually it starts to wrap the lines below the currently-viewable window so I can't see how the end of the file looks.
One work around is to Ctrl-End Return Return Return Return Return Return Return Return Return Return Up Up Up Up Up Up Up Up Up Up so I can see the intended end of the file, and then when it's all done I move to the intended end and do Shift-Ctrl-End Del. Yuk.
A second workaround I recently discovered is to save the file, close the file, reopen the file, and it will behave for awhile.
1. Is this a known bug?
2. Where do I report a bug like this? I haven't exhaustively tested it to the point of being able to give precise instructions to reproduce the problem, but it happens repeatedly on two different systems, one under WinME and one under Win2000Pro, so I'm fairly certain it's not environmental (although I am the user in both cases and so it might be).
Many thanks!

I've had this problem also and reported it to tech support.
