XML highlighting SYN file

I've downloaded all the xml .syn files that I could find on this site, and I wasn't able to find a generic XML syntax file that supported highlighting of the entire xml element. I could only find generic syntax files that highlighted the beginning bracket "<" and ending bracket ">" Are there any methods to highlighting the entire element?

There is no way for the *syntax hightlighter* to highlight the various nodes other than the <>

I think there needs to be a plugin to do the work. I would love to find one of those
