Syntax colouring and Namespace1

Can anyone provide a clearer explanation of how syntax colouring works with the Namespace1 keyword?

I have:
[Keywords 1]
attribute

[Keywords 2]
class

[Keywords 3]
array

When the Namespace1 value is 1, the [Keywords 2] and [Keywords 3] values are displayed in the proper colours.

When the Namespace1 value is 2, just the first [Keywords 2] value on each line is displayed in the proper colour. All [Keywords 3] values are displayed in the proper colour.

Finally, when the Namespace1 value is 3, just the first [Keywords 2] value on each line is displayed in the proper colour. All [Keywords 3] values are displayed in an incorrect colour.
