Text display error

Hi, everyone,

I am using TextPad 4.5 + win2k pro.

Screen display font "fixedsys", size "9".
"View->Line Numbers" selected.

Error Description:

After openning a file that couldn't be displayed within one screen, e.g. one with more 100 lines as followings

aaaaaaaaaaaaaa
aaaaaaaaaaaaaa
......


If you move cursor from the beginning of the file downwards by using keyboard---you will then find there are a lot black spots appears along the cursor trajectory after the screen begin to scroll.

I am not sure if this also happens in your system.

Does not seem to happen on Win98 SE

I could reproduce that on Win2000 Pro with the latest version of TextPad.

It seems that the bug is caused with the option "line number" in "view". If that option is not checked, that bugs wouldn't happen.

Has any developper read this?
