Editing C++ in Textpad

Has anyone devised any C++ add-ons for Textpad? I was hoping to find something that could create a selector with classes, methods, etc. I'm not looking for a full-blown IDE (I can always use Visual Studio for that).

I've seen add-ons to emacs that do this sort of thing in that environment.
