Setting User Tool CTRL-x shortcuts

Forgive me if I have overlooked something, but I can't seem to find an explicit way to set the CTRL-x shortcuts for my UserTools.

Any ideas?

Try Preferences/Keyboard
Categories/Tools
Select tool from "Commands"
then select "Press new shortcut key" and hit CTRL-x
