Replace text in selection?

Is it possible to replace text within a selected area in Textpad as it is in nedit? Currently I have to ftp files to my Unix box, make the edits, and ftp them back again. This is a very useful feature and would be a welcome addition to Textpad if it isn't already there. Comments?

select your text, open the replace box, select "Selected Text" in the scope box
