Configuring MASM613 with TextPad4.5

Okay, I've set up the build Asm Program tool, the document and extension information and have basically tried every thing from the nuvisionmiami.com website for the Assembly language for Intel Based Computers website. I still can't get the program to run directly like you can with Java, and trying to debug my files locks TextPad up - I can shut the program down, but Plumb.exe remains active until I shut the computer down. Does anyone know how to set up MASM611, or 613, or 614 with textpad and have the assembler, debugger and run functions work the way they do from the Command or DOS prompt? Oh yeah, I'm not sure it matters too much but I'm running WinXP.
