Auto-increment Build Number
Would it be possible to have textpad auto-increment a build number place in the header comment of my files?

Re: Auto-increment Build Number
No solutions, just speculation.
By putting ".LOG" as the first characters in a file's first line, TextPad will append to the end of the file a new line with the date and time. I haven't heard of anyone hacking new operations into that feature. There is no way to specify a macro to be executed when openning a given document class. I don't know if there is a way to trick the syntax file interpreter into manipulating a file when openning. If there is, it ain't documented.
