I do raw HTML and love this program for scripting for the web. One thing I noticed, though, is if I set the default program to open .txt files if the file is, for example "Thomas Le File.txt," it will give me a prompt "OK To Create C:\My," then "OK To Create <path to File w/o file name>," then "OK To Create <path to File w/file name>." This creates files with no extention and doesn't even eventually open the file wanted.
Am I doing something wrong? I can make the default program notepad and simply right click and go to text pad in the context menu but thats more work than just double clicking. Anyone else experience this?
Thank you,
Thomas Le

Re: Weird Prob
There is a setting about allowing multiple file names on the command line.
Switch it so only one name is accepted.

Re: Weird Prob
That wouldnt help. it isnt when its in the open dialog box. I did finally fix it by stumbleing upon the help of "CTL3D32.DLL" and seeing the answer to "How to Customize File Associations" and doing that.
