I'm attempting to install textpad 4.5 on Win2000 Professional. The setup
program crashes with an error message that states 'c:\InstallationDirectory\lsrt.dll not found'. Any hints?

Hmm. I've installed it just fine on 2k Pro. I've done a search on the drive and not been able to find that file (and I'm running it now). I'm guessing that you were logged in as Admin to install and when you're running it?
Am not sure where to go from there. Maybe try to download the install file again? Is there a test computer running 2k that you can try to install it on? Perhaps another physical (or partitioned) hard drive on the same computer?
Just some ideas.
