No parenthesis matching?

Is there a way to do parenthesis matching in textpad? I don't want to jump around the document, I just want it to do something like emacs where it blinks or highlights the matching parenthesis.

Would CTRL-M do? If you hit it twice it will return you to the bracket you started from.
