MikTex with textpad

I have textpad 4.2 with MikTex installed.
how do I configure textpad so I can use it as MikTex frontend?

What a coincidence! I wrote an explanation for this and the TextPad support says they want to put it on the Tips-page in the next few days. So it should be there maybe next week.
