Hi,
After using Textpad, something calling itself PLUMB prohibits my Win98 PC from shutting down normally. Found plumb.exe under Textpad inst. dir, but what is it?

From the help file after I searched for plumb

PLUMB.EXE For capturing the output of user tools.

Do you have any tool that does not terminate correctly?

Hi Erik,

When you find the tool that does not terminate when run from the Tools menu, change its properties such that "Suppress output until completed" is checked. That will stop it from using plumb.exe.
