Hover color in Doc Selector, Part 2

As I stated in

my win2000 does not remember the setting for the hot-track color when I set it with TweakUI.
To solve the problem, I created a little prog which I put in my startup folder which sets it every time I start the system.

This prog is available for download at

If you want to use it, download, unzip to some folder and put a shortcut to it in your startup folder.
Use

<path>\SetHTColor 123 23 24

as shortcut path. <path> should be the path of the folder where SetHTColor.exe resides and the three numbers are decimal RGB values of the color you want to use.
