TextPad in Explorer Pop-up is Dead

After installing TextPad, it appears as one of the click-to-open options in the pop-up when do a right-click on a file in Explorer (Win98, ME). However, the link is dead. I added TextPad to SendTo to get the functionality. How do I delete (or activate) the TextPad entry in the pop-up?

Now it's alive. I'll play with configure > Preferences > Put shortcut to TextPad on...
