Start Textpad with File and Macro?

Is it possible to start Textpad with a file and an automatic start of a macro
like "c:\textpad.exe text.txt start macro01"?

According to Textpad Help/Reference Information/Command Line Parameters:
No.
There is no way to start a macro from command line.
