Newbie to TextPad. Can anyone tell me how I can search and replace text in numerous html files similtaneoulsy.

In the search menue, use Find in Files, put your search expression in the uppermost edit box, put *.*htm* in the "in files" box (this will catch htm, html, shtm and shtml files), select the folder in which your html files reside in the third edit box.
Set the checkboxes for match case, regular expression ... to match your needs and click on button "find"

Hi Andreas,
I think that what Ray wants is to *replace* text in several files simutaneously without open those files. It seems to be a good enhancement for upcoming release (I know, I have to use the dedicated form for this kind of request, I just reply
