as default .ASP was a part of the HTML-class -when I changed this so that ASP became a class of its own then the highlighting for the HTML disappeared, but when I had it under the HTML-class I couldn't add VB-script comments without ****ing up the whole highlighting for both the ASP and the HTML.
anyone had this problem?

RE: .ASP & comments
I had this, and initially got round it by putting 2 single quotes to start a comment instead of 1. However, I found an alternative syntax definition file on the Textpad site and use this instead, which works a treat. There are two definition files on the site, and I don't know which one I use, but try both and see what happens!
