9.9.5 crashes when trying to save to a network locations

Every time I try to browse to, or save to, a mapped network drive or UNC path in 9.9.5, the application crashes. Every time.

Even with files that I opened from the network location. They open fine, I can edit them fine but as soon as I "Save As", TextPad crashes.

I'm on Windows 11 Enterprise (23H2).

What do you need from me to troubleshoot this?

I cannot reproduce this. Please send a copy of one of the crash dump files to support at textpad dot com.

I followed these instructions:
viewtopic.php?p=43064#p43064

I checked "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp" and there are no dmp files in there. I take it I'm looking in the wrong place.

Also, I should clarify that when I say "crashes", I don't get an actual error. The application freezes and goes "Not Responding", if that makes a difference.

I have updated viewtopic.php?p=43064#p43064 accordingly.

What kind of file system is on your network drives and which software are you using to connect them to Windows?

It's SAN storage, I don't know what file system it's running. I don't use any software to connect to it; it's UNC paths in Windows Explorer.

I've been using TextPad for over 20 years, I've never had this issue until I switched from v8 to v9.5.5.

I'm sending the dmp files now.

So, it looks like the issue appears to be network-related on my end.
