Slanted documents tabs issue: always off

In Textpad 9.7.1, going into View > Appearance > Customize, the Choose the Appearance dialog box has "Slanted document tabs" checkbox always off, even if it was previously enabled.

You're right, it is not initialized correctly. This will be fixed in the next release. Thanks for reporting it.
