Slow access to network file systems by themed File Open/Save As dialogs

The themed File Open and Save As dialogs cannot use the cache that Windows File Explorer uses, so can be slow browsing network file systems. The workaround is to revert to the standard Windows ones. This can be configured for TextPad 9 as shown in this screenshot:
